I’ve been a fan of Ruben Irelands work for a while and while surfing on the internet last week, I found this huge poster of him. I was so excited because I knew it would fit our livingroom perfectly. The brown matches our wooden floor and fireplace so I was confident it would work. But it was big! But then we thought: hey, what the heck, let’s just do this.
So we bought it and we love it! While I love white walls, I need to have something hanging on my wall. The great thing about the size of this print is that you can see all the details the artist put in. Ruben Ireland is a great illustrator, that’s for sure. The funny thing is that we ordered the print right before going to bed and I almost couldn’t sleep because I thought it was going to be wáy too big. And then it arrived, we put it up the wall and I thought: “even a bigger one could’ve worked too”. Silly me.
